Across the world, especially in rural villages, millions of children and families spend hours every single day searching for water.
It’s time to act...

This is where your child's hero mission begins….
Through this challenge, beginning on the 1st day of Ramadan 2026, your child will complete a daily hero activity for 10 days; each day will be sponsored for just £15 a day by a family member, friends, or even their mosque or school teacher!
Tasks can include walking, running, cycling, reading a Surah from the Qur'an, or simply helping with a daily chore for Mum or Dad.
By the end of the 10 days, your child will have raised £150 to help build a Water Hand Pump* for a family in need. For families in rural areas, access to clean water can change everything; restoring health, dignity, safety and hope.
Once registered, your child will receive their Ramadan Heroes Pack in the post specially prepared to help them begin their 10-day mission!
Inside the pack, you will find:
A 10-day sponsor form & hero activity tracker
A Ramadan Heroes poster & pencil
An official Achievement Certificate
A Ramadan Heroes 2026 collectible fridge magnet
A Parent Support Card
A "Join the Mission" Invite Card (so your child can invite a friend to take part in the activity for fun)
A personal fundraising link will be sent directly to the parent/guardian's email once registration is complete.
1–2–3 Mission Steps
1. GATHER YOUR HERO SPONSORS
Ask family, friends, neighbours, and even your teachers to sponsor £15 for each day you complete your mission.
2. BEGIN YOUR DAILY HERO TASK
Walk, run, cycle, read a Surah, or help Mum and Dad. Complete one hero activity each day for 10 days straight!
3. FINISH YOUR MISSION CHALLENGE COMPLETE
Finish all 10 days and you will have raised £150 to build a Water Hand Pump* giving clean water and real hope to a family in need.
Reaps the rewards and blessings, long after Ramadan ends.
This project is a form of Sadaqah Jariyah; a blessed, ongoing charity where the rewards continue for as long as people benefit from the water. Everyone involved in sponsoring or supporting your child's challenge shares in this continuous reward.
Each water pump includes a dedication plaque, which can be named:
- In your family's name
- In memory of a loved one
- Or in your child's name as the Ramadan Hero
This means your child's effort becomes a lasting gift; one that keeps giving hope, blessings, and clean water long after Ramadan ends.
* £150 helps fund the construction of a Water Hand Pump in Pakistan, providing a family with access to clean, safe water. This includes a personalised plaque, and the hand pump is built within 3–4 months.
Once construction is complete, the donor/hero will receive an email completion report, including hand pump details and images.
