Welcome to Ramadan Heroes (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://ramadanheroes.com/ (“Site”), and your participation in the Ramadan Heroes Challenge (the “Challenge”).

By accessing or using this Site or participating in the Challenge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or participate in the Challenge.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Challenge is open to children of all ages with the permission of a parent or legal guardian (collectively “Participant” and “Parent/Guardian”).

Parents/Guardians must register on behalf of Participants and consent to all terms and data use.

2. Registration

To join, you must complete the registration form truthfully and provide accurate information.

You agree to receive email communications regarding the Challenge, Hero Packs, fundraising links, updates, and certificates.

3. Fundraising Platform

Upon registration, a unique fundraising page is created for each Participant via a third-party platform (e.g., Givebrite).

Participants and supporters are responsible for funds they raise. Ramadan Heroes and Global Ehsan Relief are not liable for incorrect or fraudulent pledges.

4. Challenge Activities

Activities such as walking, running, reading, prayer, kindness tasks, or other daily activities are voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervision and ensuring children engage safely.

5. Use of Content

By participating and submitting photos, stories, or challenge results, you grant Global Ehsan Relief permission to use such content for promotional, educational, and fundraising purposes (online and offline), including on social media, newsletters, or future campaign materials.

6. Hero Packs and Rewards

Hero Packs, certificates, magnets, and other items are supplied while stocks last. Ramadan Heroes reserves the right to change pack contents or design without notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and Challenge are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or specific fundraising outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramadan Heroes and Global Ehsan Relief are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Site or Challenge participation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (or applicable jurisdiction). Any disputes arising hereunder are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
